Students’ Loan: UI Management Set to Refund Applicants [How to Apply]

The management of University of Ibadan has announced that there will be a refund of the levies to Students who has already paid for the present session.

 

In a statement released by the University Management and signed by the Registrar of the University, G. O. Saliu, “…the application is applicable ONLY to students who applied for the NELFUND loan, and whose applications were approved.”

The Registrar also stated that the an amount totalled to ₦201,114,650.00 was remitted to the university in order to cover for the fee of 1,370 students of the University.

 

While some students are to receive Smart Receipt being processed by the University Bursary Department, others will get refund of the levies.

The statement further stated that the students who fall in the category of those to be refunded – those who have paid before – are to write a letter to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) of the University, providing their account details and the original receipt of the initial payment.
