Osun Amotekun Arrests Suspect For Defiling Minor

The Osun state Amotekun Corps has apprehended a 35-year-old man, Muritala Ibrahim, for allegedly defiling a 10-year-old girl in Agba, Boripe Local Government Area of Osun State.

Ibrahim was arrested after the girl’s mother lodged a complaint at the Amotekun Boripe Command.

He allegedly lured the girl into his residence, where he forcefully had canal knowledge of her. Ibrahim thereafter also shaved part of the girl’s hair and gave her another dress to wear.

Confirming the arrest to the newsmen in Osogbo, the Corps Commander of Osun Amotekun Corps Dr. Hon. Adekunle I Omoyele said the suspect was arrested after the victim mother lodged a complaint at Amotekun Boripe Command, the operatives swung into action immediately and apprehended the felon at his residence in Agba.

Upon preminilary investigation, “the felon confessed of perpetrating the act by defiling the small girl”. Omoyele asserted.
