Hackers hack Phone Number of Osun State Governor, Adeleke

One of the phone numbers linked to Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has been hacked.

Members of the public were urged, in a statement to ignore communications from the compromised number, +234 803 365 7555, which has been hacked, prompting an urgent public alert.

Mallam Olawale Rasheed, the spokesperson to the Governor, made this known in an official statement, and advised the public to ignore any calls or messages originating from the compromised number.

“Please disregard any solicitation from +234 803 365 7555,” Rasheed said. “Appropriate action is ongoing to remedy the situation.”

The statement further added that authorities are currently investigating the breach and are working diligently to secure the Governor’s communication lines.

He therefore urged the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.
