Gov Seyi Makinde Approves Increase in Gratuities for Retirees

The executive governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde has approved a substantial increase in monthly gratuity payments for retirees of both the State and Local Governments. The new monthly gratuity payment was increased to N1 billion, reflecting over 100% from the previous N456 million.

This significant increase demonstrates Governor Seyi Makinde’s commitment to the welfare and well-being of retirees who have served the state diligently. The increased gratuity payment will take effect immediately and will benefit thousands of retirees across the state.
